Frequently asked questions

Is granite the same as gravel?

In Lagos, crushed granite is commonly called gravel. We supply granite (gravel) chippings in ⅜-inch, ½-inch, ⅝-inch, ¾-inch and 1-inch sizes, plus granite dust and stonebase. See the granite size guide.

How do I get a price?

Message us on WhatsApp with the product, quantity and delivery location. We provide a written delivered quote and proposed timing. Availability, dispatch and the delivery date are confirmed separately before booking. Prices depend on the product and your site’s distance from the nearest source.

Why don’t you list fixed prices?

We load from the source nearest your site, so the price changes with the product and location. Contact us for a current quote. Compare sharp sand, plaster sand and laterite and filling sand.

How do I pay?

Once the written quote and payment arrangements are agreed, confirm the official account details through Pamitadz’s known contact: 0906 889 0583. Keep your payment record and confirm receipt with our team before dispatch arrangements.

How do I know I am getting a full load?

We share loading photos, video and the truck plate number, plus an invoice and delivery note. Agree on the quantity unit and receiving checks before ordering. Photos do not prove exact tonnage; discuss weighbridge documentation or project-required testing where needed.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Lagos, including Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju-Lekki, Ikorodu, Epe and Egbeda. Send your location so we can confirm an appropriate source and delivery route. Read our delivery-area guides and supply network information.

How soon can you deliver?

We give a delivery time with every quote. It depends on the product, source and your location. Confirm timing for your order with us before booking.

Can you handle large or repeat orders?

Yes. With 8 partner quarries in Ogun State and 4 dredging sites in Lagos, we can also take large orders when a single yard cannot.

Do you supply iron rods and reinforcement?

Yes: Y12, Y16, Y20, BRC mesh and binding wire, with the quantity and documentation agreed on your quote. Iron rods are priced per ton.

Do you do excavation and demolition?

Yes. We handle site clearing, foundation excavation, laterite filling and compaction, and demolition of old structures, bungalows and fences, with rubble carted away. Tippers are on standby in Ogba, so you can order materials and site work through one contact.

From enquiry to delivery: five clear steps

  1. Enquiry. Send your material specification, quantity and unit, site location, preferred date and access details.
  2. Written quote. Confirm the material, measurement unit, delivered price, unloading arrangements and proposed timing before ordering.
  3. Payment confirmation. Follow the bank details on your agreed quotation. Confirm receipt of payment with our team before dispatch arrangements.
  4. Loading proof. We inspect materials before loading and share loading photos, video and the truck plate number before the load leaves.
  5. Delivery confirmation. Have your receiving contact check the load against the order before offloading. Keep the invoice and delivery note with your delivery records.

What proof should you keep?

  • Your written quotation: material, quantity, unit, site and agreed delivered price.
  • Loading photos or video and truck plate details for the load being dispatched.
  • Your invoice, delivery note and the receiving contact’s delivery record.

Photographs document the material and delivery; they do not prove exact tonnage or replace laboratory tests. Agree on quantity checks, weighbridge documentation or project-required testing before ordering.
