Coarse sand used in specified concrete, blockwork and floor-base mixes. Suitable for building work where the mix design calls for sharp sand. State the intended use, cleanliness requirements and load tonnage; it is different from fine plaster sand.
Sharp sand specifications and delivery information
Fine sand for plastering and rendering walls. Suitable for finishing work rather than replacing the coarse sand in a specified concrete mix. Confirm fineness and whether screening is needed before ordering.
Plaster sand specifications and delivery information
Earth or filling material used to raise levels and form compacted fill. Suitable for site preparation where the project specification accepts it. Identify the required material, planned fill depth and quantity; compaction and suitability depend on the project design.
Laterite and filling material specifications and delivery information
Crushed rock aggregate used in specified concrete, drainage and civil works. Available listed sizes are ⅜, ½, ⅝, ¾ and 1 inch. Our ⅝-inch grade is commonly called ¾-inch down; it is distinct from the separately listed ¾-inch size. Use the size specified for your project.
Granite (gravel) chippings specifications and delivery information
Fine particles produced during crushing. Commonly requested for specified paving bedding, levelling and block-production mixes. State the grading and use required; stone dust is not interchangeable with every type of sand.
Stone dust specifications and delivery information
Coarse stone material used for specified fill and formation layers. Suitable for ground preparation where the design calls for hardcore. Confirm the maximum piece size, material type and compaction requirements; it is not the same grading as stonebase.
Hardcore specifications and delivery informationA graded crushed-stone mixture containing coarse and fine particles, used for specified road bases, yards and access surfaces. Confirm the grading, compacted layer thickness and tonnage with your project team before ordering.
Stonebase specifications and delivery informationQuote the exact site address as well as “Ikotun”. The listed rate relates to that destination; a nearby area can have a different price. Share a map pin or landmark when the entrance is difficult to identify.

Yes. Send the material specification, quantity and exact site address for a delivered quote. Sand and laterite prices are not calculated from the granite table; the published Akoka examples apply only to their confirmed coverage.
