How to order from abroad

  1. Send your requirements. Share the material specification approved by your project team, quantity and unit, full site location and preferred date. Add access restrictions, estate gate fees or unloading instructions if relevant.
  2. Choose a receiving contact. Give us the name and contact number of the person who will be on site. Agree who may confirm unloading and how they will report receipt to you.
  3. Approve the written quotation. Check the material, quantity, measurement basis, transport, agreed charges and proposed delivery timing before payment.
  4. Confirm payment and loading. Pay using the official account details supplied on your agreed quotation. Confirm receipt with Pamitadz before dispatch arrangements.
  5. Check the delivery records. Compare loading evidence and truck details with the delivery note and your receiver’s confirmation. Keep the records together for each order.

Written quotation and payment to the official account

Your quotation should identify Pamitadz Nigeria Limited and state what is being supplied to your site. Confirm whether the price includes transport and any agreed unloading or access charges. Delivery dates remain subject to confirmation.

Use only the official payment details confirmed by our team for your order. Cross-check the beneficiary name against the quotation before transferring. If someone sends different bank details, contact us on +234 906 889 0583 before paying. Keep your transfer confirmation and request a receipt or written payment acknowledgement for your records.

Loading proof and truck details

We inspect materials before loading and share loading photos or video and the truck plate number before dispatch. Agree any additional truck details or quantity documents you need before booking. Your receiving contact should compare the plate number and material with the agreed order on arrival.

Photos show the load and its condition; they do not establish exact tonnage or replace laboratory testing. Agree the quantity-check method, weighbridge documentation or project-required tests before ordering.

Delivery photos, delivery note and receipt

Agree who will take arrival and unloading photos: our delivery team, your nominated receiver, or both. Ask your receiver to record the date, truck plate, material received and any issue before confirming receipt.

  • Delivery photos: keep clearly labelled arrival and unloading images with the relevant order.
  • Delivery note: retain the note supplied with the delivery and the receiver’s acknowledgement.
  • Invoice: keep the invoice alongside the agreed quotation.
  • Receipt: retain your payment receipt or written acknowledgement; a delivery note records delivery and does not replace proof of payment.

Your project ledger: one record for every order

Maintain a simple project ledger to compare your material requests, purchases and deliveries. Record the quote reference, material, quantity and unit, agreed amount, payment date, truck plate, delivery date and receiving contact. Link each row to its quotation, payment proof, loading photos and delivery note.

Download a blank project ledger template (CSV). You or your project manager can update it in Excel or Google Sheets. It is a record you maintain; it does not certify site progress or how materials were used.

Questions about ordering from overseas

Do I need to be in Nigeria to place an order?

You can discuss your order from abroad. Nominate a local receiving contact and agree the specification, quotation, payment and delivery checks with our team before booking.

Can I arrange deliveries in stages?

Send your project’s material schedule and proposed phases. We will discuss the source, quantity and timing for each order; confirm each delivery separately.

Can the records prove my engineer used the materials correctly?

They help you cross-check purchasing and receipt. They do not establish workmanship or structural safety. Arrange an appropriate independent site inspection for those questions.

What if my receiver notices a delivery issue?

Have them contact Pamitadz promptly with the order reference, truck plate and clear photos, and describe the issue before confirming receipt.
