Contractor and bulk material supply in Lagos

Plan sand, granite and aggregate deliveries around the work on your site. Send your material schedule, specifications and access details so our team can prepare a written supply plan for each phase.

Plan the schedule, documents and site access

Phase the loads

Set out the material, quantity and requested delivery window for each stage. Confirm each dispatch with our team.

Agree the documents

Keep the written quote, weighbridge record for weight orders, invoice and delivery note together. Request LSMTL grading documentation for bulk orders before booking.

Prepare the site

Confirm the entrance, truck clearance, turning space and unloading position with your site supervisor before loading.

A delivery schedule your site team can work with

Start with the construction sequence rather than a request for an unspecified number of trucks. Separate foundation materials, casting aggregates, drainage materials and filling work, and share the specification approved for each task.

Information to include for each delivery phase
Schedule fieldWhat to confirm
Material and gradeFor example, the specified granite size or stonebase grading. Keep sharp sand, stone dust, stonebase and hardcore as separate order lines.
Quantity and basisState tonnes or the agreed volume unit, the number of loads and the quantity record required.
Requested delivery windowGive the work phase, preferred date and site receiving hours. We confirm timing and dispatch for the individual order.
Site and receiverProvide the exact address, map pin, entrance and contact who can receive and check the load.
Charges and documentsAgree the delivered price, access or unloading charges, quote reference and any bulk-order testing requirements.

Download a blank delivery-schedule template (CSV). Use it in Excel or Google Sheets and send the completed schedule to our projects team. A proposed schedule is confirmed order by order; it does not reserve stock or trucks automatically.

Granite orders of 20 tonnes and above come directly from our quarry partners. Orders below 20 tonnes are supplied from our stockpile, commonly called pile-down. Confirm the arrangement for the required specification and site.

LSMTL grading documentation for bulk orders

For bulk orders only, Pamitadz provides a standard laboratory grading report from Lagos State Materials Testing Laboratory (LSMTL). Request the report while arranging the quote and identify the material, grade and project requirements before dispatch.

  • Tell us which material and grading requirement the report needs to address.
  • Agree representative sampling, documentation and timing with the quote team.
  • Have your project engineer review the report against the project specification and identify any additional tests required.

A grading report and a weighbridge ticket answer different questions. The report documents the tested grading; the weighbridge ticket records gross, vehicle and net weight for the load. Neither photographs nor a truck’s name establish exact tonnage.

See genuine weighbridge-ticket examples and use our material quality and quantity checklist when setting up your order records.

Plan the truck’s final approach, not only the area

Share the street and entrance, gate width, overhead cables or branches, tight turns, reversing space, road condition and unloading ground. Ask the site or estate manager about entry permissions, gate fees and permitted arrival hours.

For 20-tonne published loads, there is one standard price. Howo and Trailer comparisons apply to the listed 25-, 26- and 30-tonne options. Truck suitability depends on the actual approach; a price comparison does not establish that a vehicle can safely reach or unload at the site.

Arrange a receiving contact and a clear unloading position before dispatch. For multi-load deliveries, plan heap positions and the arrival sequence so an earlier load does not block the next vehicle.

Choose from 41 priced destinations and regional guides. Previous deliveries show our experience; other Lagos locations can be assessed with an exact address.

Contractor and bulk-order questions

Can you arrange repeat or phased deliveries?

Yes. Send the material schedule, specifications, quantities, requested dates and receiving contact. We discuss the source and access plan and confirm the price and dispatch for each order.

Does every order include an LSMTL grading report?

No. The standard LSMTL laboratory grading report is for bulk orders only. Request it while arranging your bulk quote, and confirm any project-specific sampling or testing requirements before dispatch.

What should my site supervisor check on arrival?

Compare the material, truck plate and order reference with the loading evidence. For orders by weight, compare the weighbridge ticket’s net tonnage with the order. Record concerns promptly and retain the invoice, delivery note and receiving record.
